Heliana Romanelli is a seasoned procurement leader with extensive experience at Unilever. Since joining the company in 1998, she has held various roles across different countries and markets, gaining deep expertise in supply chain management and strategic procurement. Currently serving as Head of Procurement for EMEA Markets, she plays a key role in navigating macroeconomic challenges, fostering supplier relationships, and driving innovation within Unilever. Heliana is passionate about diversity in leadership and enjoys mentoring others in the industry. Her career began in factory management, where she developed a strong foundation in operations before transitioning into procurement.
Bio Brendaly Albertus
Born on Curaçao, Brendaly F. Albertus studied in The Netherlands and built a global career. As Co-Founder of The Lead-In, she fosters entrepreneurship and empowerment. A visionary leader, she champions female entrepreneurs, creating funding and growth opportunities while bridging gender equity gaps. Through mentoring and initiatives like Women in Business Congress, she empowers women worldwide. She also leads Lancarza, optimizing industrial operations for sustainable growth. Passionate about inclusivity, she supports Black female entrepreneurs in overcoming financial barriers, driving transformative change across industries and continents.
Bio Stedman Graham
Stedman Graham is an American businessman, author, and speaker recognized for his expertise in identity leadership and personal development. Born in 1951 in New Jersey, he earned degrees in social work and education before establishing S. Graham & Associates, a marketing and consulting firm. He has authored numerous books on leadership, success, and self-improvement, helping individuals unlock their potential. A dedicated advocate for education and personal growth, he inspires audiences worldwide through his motivational speaking. His work focuses on empowering individuals to define their identity, build meaningful lives, and achieve both personal and professional excellence.
Bio Ference Lamp
Ference Lamp is a seasoned financial expert with decades of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Born and raised in Curaçao, he moved to the Netherlands to study Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam. His career began at MeesPierson, followed by a significant tenure at Lehman Brothers, where he rose to Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Group. After the 2008 financial crisis, he became CFRO at SNS Reaal before transitioning to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he has held leadership roles in M&A and corporate banking. Currently, he serves as Managing Director at Bank of America, overseeing European operations.
Bio Gershwin Bonevacia
Gershwin Bonevacia is a Dutch poet, spoken word artist, and theater maker. From March 2019 to January 2022, he served as the city poet of Amsterdam, becoming the youngest in its history. His work explores themes of identity, language, and social issues, often incorporating his experiences with dyslexia. Bonevacia has published multiple poetry collections, including Ik heb een fiets gekocht and Toen ik klein was, was ik niet bang. He has collaborated with institutions like the Van Gogh Museum and TEDx, and his theatrical production Terug naar Prinsenplein received critical acclaim.

After nearly 20 years in international banking leadership, Sergio Panday made a bold pivot: from global finance to global impact. As co-founder of Roots Inspire, he is now on a mission to increase ethnocultural diversity in corporate leadership, not with theory, but with practical, boardroom-ready solutions.
He knows the corporate system from the inside. He also knows what it overlooks.
